reintroduction into the community

{By Erin Marshall} Delta Tau Delta (DTD) fraternity is being reintroduced into the community as a "colony" after their four year suspension. This process is a consequence of a very serious alcohol related incident that occurred in '05, and will hopefully never happen again in DTD or any of the other fraternities that may or may not serve alcohol to underage students on a regular basis.
